The Center for Natural Lands Management (CNLM) appreciates the support provided by the State Coastal Conservancy to complete a Property Analysis Record (PAR) and management framework for Hobo-Aliso Ridge, a 75-acre conservation area in Laguna Beach, CA.  Completing the PAR is an important step in moving towards perpetual stewardship of Hobo-Aliso Ridge.  The support was provided through funding Agreement No. 20-005 (28 August 2020).  The habitat on the property includes pristine southern maritime chaparral and coastal sage scrub.  Federal and state-threatened big-leaved crownbeard (Verbesina dissita), federally-threatened coastal California gnatcatcher (Polioptila californica californica), and rufous-crowned sparrow (Aimophila ruficeps) have been documented on the property.
