Request for Proposals

August 17, 2020:  CNLM invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for a multi-task scope of work associated with improving habitat conditions for the endangered riparian brush rabbit at our Oxbow Preserve in the City of Lathrop, CA. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2020.  The project will be conducted on certain areas within the 30-acre preserve that is easily accessible from a nearby levee road.  The overall project consists of a series of tasks associated with providing additional and appropriate vegetation onsite and ensuring establishment.  These tasks include obtaining a city water connection permit from the City of Lathrop, installing a water meter and backflow prevention device, installing an irrigation system, rapid closure device and power supply (including installation of a sleeve through flood control levee), installing drip irrigation, automated distribution valves, installation of native plants and.maintaining irrigation and plants during initial establishment (plants will be provided by CNLM).  Prior to installation all materials and devices will require approval of Reclamation District 17 engineers.  For full details click, here.
