Physical Description: The Center is the preserve steward for the Greyhawk Conservation Easement, protecting approximately 31 acres in 4 lots within the Gladstone Park subdivision in Granite Bay, located on Douglas Blvd., east of Sierra College Blvd (Sacramento County). The Gladstone Park development is a 71-lot residential subdivision that covers approximately 76 acres and was designed to minimize the impact to riparian and seasonal wetlands.

Habitat Types: The Preserve protects oak woodlands, annual grassland, and approximately 11 acres of riparian woodland/wetlands and 1 acre of seasonal wetlands. Blue and interior live oaks, and foothill pine are common in the oak woodlands, and cottonwoods and willows in the riparian woodlands.

Conservation Purpose: The Preserve was established for wetland mitigation. The Center works with the Home Owners Association to protect and promote the Preserve's Conservation Values.
